Wet Foam rings have a variety of different bases. The cheapest and most popular have an impermeable, water resistant foam or re-cyclable plastic backed base, preventing water leakage. Simply soak the
entire ring in water for 90 seconds before adding your fresh flowers and foliage.
Floral Foam Rings for Artificial and Dried Flowers
Styropor Rings are a versatile base for artificial flowers and other crafting projects. Made of water-resistant polystyrene foam these rings and be glued, pinned or painted. The rings are flat on one side which allows them to sit against a surface.
