Kraft paper gets its name from the German word for 'strong' a sturdy machine-made paper that is created using wood pulp. The finished product can be used in a number of different applications, ranging from wrapping meat at the butcher shop to paper grocery bags.specially designed for packaging products where there is a high demand for strength and durability, it has high elasticity and tear resistance. Kraft paper can be used for a variety of purposes. One of the most common uses of plain kraft paper, before a lot of shops switched to using plastic bags, was to produce paper bags for use in food stores.
Our natural coloured kraft paper is supplied on a whopping 5kg roll at a very economical price. The same quality kraft paper is available in a range of fashionable colours including black and white and also with a gold and silver finish (supplied on 3.5kg rolls).
